This week, the theme over on The Gallery is Faces.
Faces can mean so much. They come in all different shapes, sizes and colours and offer a wide range of expressions and emotions.
I have lots of different pictures of faces. I have pictures of my children as they were first born and all looking so very much alike. I have pictures of their faces as they change from that tiny bundle that we brought home to the children they are today.
I have pictures of P and I on our wedding day. The sheer happiness etched across our faces.
I have pictures of elderly relatives holding their Great-Grandchildren for the first time.
Here are a few of my favourite "faces"
J at 12days old. |
K at 2days old. |
A at 22hrs old |
I love these 3 pictures because they are some of the first pictures taken of them as newborn. They look so innocent and fresh.
Then they turn in to cheeky little monsters:
J at 11 months old |
K at 12 months old |
A at 11 months old |
Here are a few of my other favourite pictures from our family:
Here we have P's Brother, P, J, Me, K and P's Brothers Wife. This was taken on our wedding day. |
My Father-in-Law with J on J's first ever holiday! |
J's First time at the Beach! |
A Great-Grandfather holding is Great-Granddaughter. He never thought he would ever have a granddaughter. She is the First Born girl in 5 generations!!! |
I'll leave you with one of my funny pics of me:
